The noise at night was a problem. Loud music from nearby venues went on past 2 AM and made sleeping difficult. the room lacked a proper window. Instead, it had glass doors that required electric curtains to block light. This.

the location was unbeatable. it was a short walk to major attractions. the breakfast provided a fresh and authentic experience. i found the staff cute and accommodating to all requests. i found the bed to be very comfortable, i was able to relax.

the staff sorted rooms fast when we arrived early, great. sedat really did helped me. the free afternoon tea are first class, i always attend it. the bar are always ready with refreshments, what was good in the heat.
the room are behind the mosque, so at 4:30 i got woken by the prayers. that sound are so loud.

Really good Stay Near Historical Landmarks

The location is AMAZING. The Hagia Sophia is very close to the facility. The Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace are also steps away. Staff helped with suitcases to and from the taxi. This was very helpful, since it's a car-free zone.
The room is directly behind the Hagia Sophia. Prayers woke me up very early.

The staff were always helpful. sedat and azda were especially kind. i found the breakfast amazing!!! i also appreciated the convenient taxi service arranged by the hotel. They walked me to the taxi area. the main buildings were very close by.
the roads were unexpectedly closed one day, so it was difficult getting to the hotel.
